In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Lake Balboa College Prep Cougars basketball team scored a close 31-28 triumph over the Fulton Jaguars.
The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA). The Cougars go into the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Kennedy nipped Sylmar (Sylmar, CA), 54-32, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Jaguars confront the Vaughn White Tigers (San Fernando, CA) in a contest, on Wednesday, January 29. Fulton will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The White Tigers go into the contest with a 4-3 record after their 61-54 league loss to Sherman Oaks CES (Reseda, CA).
