Virginia High School Basketball - Glenvar crushes Patrick County

The Glenvar Highlanders (Salem, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Patrick County Cougars (Stuart, VA), 68-36 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Highlanders now possess a 12-1 record. They play next when they travel to Carroll County for a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 29. Glenvar will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 51-48 non-league loss to Alleghany (Covington, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, Patrick County falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Cougars host Radford (Radford, VA) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 29. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 3-11. Radford lost 43-41 in their recent non-league bout against Roanoke Catholic (Roanoke, VA)
