The Hillmen (5-9) will now prepare for their battle against Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA). The Miners enter the Foothill Valley League battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Nevada Union was edged by Del Campo (Fair Oaks, CA), 1-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Cougars confront the Roseville Tigers (Roseville, CA) in a Foothill Valley League battle, on Friday, January 31. Del Campo will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 10-4 record after their 2-0 league win over River Valley (Yuba City, CA).
