Lincoln Park Performing Arts (Midland, PA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ambridge Bridgers (Ambridge, PA), 80-44 in a league bout.

With the victory, Lincoln Park Performing Arts upgrades its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The host Seton LaSalle (Pittsburgh, PA) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Sunday, January 30. The Rebels come into the bout with a record of 12-2. Seton LaSalle won 79-28 in their recent non-league bout against New Brighton (New Brighton, PA)

Next up, the Bridgers play the Central Valley Warriors (Monaca, PA) in a WPIAL 4A 2 bout, on Wednesday, February 2. Ambridge will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 49-24 league loss to Montour (McKees Rocks, PA).
