The Coram Deo Academy Lions basketball team (Flower Mound, TX), was overwhelmed 83-42 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Legacy Christian Academy Eagles (Frisco, TX)
The Eagles now possess a 13-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Worth Christian for a TAPPS 5A District 1 battle on Tuesday, February 1. Legacy Christian Academy will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 68-55 league win over Southwest Christian School (Fort Worth, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 16-15.
The Lions (7-17) will now prepare for their battle against Prince of Peace (Carrollton, TX). The Eagles come into the TAPPS 5A District 1 battle with a 4-18 record. In their last battle, Prince of Peace was overwhelmed by Grapevine Faith Christian (Grapevine, TX), 63-39, in a league battle.
