Ohio High School Basketball - Seneca East thwarts Buckeye Central

The Seneca East Tigers (Attica, OH) basketball knocked off the host Buckeye Central Bucks (New Washington, OH), 47-35 in Saturday's league test.

The Tigers (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Colonel Crawford (North Robinson, OH). The Eagles go into the Northern 10 test with a 11-5 record. In their last test, Colonel Crawford went down by Carey (Carey, OH), 47-38, in a league test.

The Bucks now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Monroeville for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 31. Buckeye Central will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 70-65 league loss to Crestview (Ashland, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 9-7.
