The Carlisle Bison basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Des Arc Eagles to 34 in the Bison league triumph on Saturday.
The Bison now sport a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Barton for a 2A Region 6 contest on Wednesday, February 1. Carlisle will battle a Bears team coming off a 63-54 league win over McCrory (McCrory, AR). The Bears record now stands at 10-6.
The Eagles (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Palestine-Wheatley (Palestine, AR). The Patriots enter the 2A Region 6 test with a 5-15 record.
