St. Maries Lumberjacks (St. Maries, ID) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Grangeville Bulldogs (Grangeville, ID), 72-48 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Maries upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Lumberjacks host Genesis Prep Academy (Post Falls, ID) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Monday, January 30. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Genesis Prep Academy won 57-44 in their recent non-league bout against Clark Fork (Clark Fork, ID)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Timberline Spartans (Weippe, ID) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 2. Grangeville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record.
