In Saturday's non-league match, the host Hancock Central Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 74-64 triumph over the Washington County Golden Hawks.
In their next game, the Bulldogs meet the Glascock County Panthers (Gibson, GA) in a A D2 Region 5 match, on Tuesday, January 31. Hancock Central will attempt to move on its 10-6 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 1-12 record after their 48-43 non-league win over John Hancock Academy (Sparta, GA).
