Minnesota High School Basketball - Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda overwhelmed by Murray County Central

The Murray County Central Rebels basketball team scored 80 points and restricted the host Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda to 51 in the Rebels league victory on Saturday.

The Rebels now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canby for a A Section 3 contest on Monday, January 30. Murray County Central will battle a Lancers team coming off a 69-55 non-league loss to Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg (Kerkhoven, MN). The Lancers record now stands at 8-8.

The (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Adrian/Ellsworth (Adrian, MN). The Dragons come into the A Section 3 contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, Adrian/Ellsworth was routed by Westbrook-Walnut Grove (Westbrook, MN), 78-55, in a league contest.
