With the victory, Rice Lake improves its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Chippewa Falls (Chippewa Falls, WI) to play the Cardinals in a Big Rivers challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 7-9. Chippewa Falls won 63-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Wausau West (Wausau, WI)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Holmen Vikings (Holmen, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Menomonie will attempt to improve on its 5-11 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 79-65 non-league win over Caledonia (Caledonia, MN).
