Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders (Easton, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Palisades Pirates (Kintnersville, PA), 64-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Notre Dame-Green Pond upgrades its record to 15-3 on the season. The Crusaders host Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA) to play the Panthers in a Colonial - East bout on Wednesday, February 1. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 15-4. Saucon Valley won 47-44 in their recent league bout against Moravian Academy (Bethlehem, PA)

Next up, the Pirates play the Bangor Slaters (Bangor, PA) in a Colonial - East bout, on Wednesday, February 1. Palisades will attempt to upgrade on its 2-15 season record. The Slaters go into the bout with a 10-9 record after their 56-52 non-league win over Palmerton (Palmerton, PA).
