Illinois High School Basketball - Okaw Valley knocked off by Decatur Lutheran

The Decatur Lutheran Lions basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Okaw Valley Timberwolves to 56 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Lions now sport a 21-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blue Ridge for a Lincoln Prairie contest on Tuesday, January 31. Decatur Lutheran will battle a Knights team coming off a 51-50 non-league win over Heritage (Broadlands, IL). The Knights record now stands at 8-16.
The Timberwolves (11-11) will now prepare for their contest against Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond (Arthur, IL). The Knights enter the Lincoln Prairie contest with a 11-13 record. In their last contest, Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond was defeated by Argenta-Oreana (Argenta, IL), 82-74, in a non-league contest.
