The Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind Sentinels basketball team (Tucson, AZ), was nudged 28-25 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Phoenix Day School for the Deaf Roadrunners (Phoenix, AZ)
The Roadrunners now sport a 5-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cicero Prep Academy for a 1A East battle on Tuesday, January 31. Phoenix Day School for the Deaf will battle a Centurions team coming off a 68-19 league loss to Lincoln Prep (Chandler, AZ). The Centurions record now stands at 2-14.
The Sentinels (0-13) will now prepare for their battle against Patagonia (Patagonia, AZ). The Lobos come into the non-league battle with a 11-8 record. In their last battle, Patagonia edged Phoenix Day School for the Deaf (Phoenix, AZ), 56-20, in a non-league battle.
