Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Parkland tipped by Bethlehem Catholic

The Bethlehem Catholic Hawks basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Parkland Trojans to 48 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Hawks now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Liberty for a Eastern Pennsylvania - Steel contest on Tuesday, January 31. Bethlehem Catholic will meet a Hurricanes team coming off a 52-46 league loss to Louis E. Dieruff (Allentown, PA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 11-8.

The Trojans (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Northampton (Northampton, PA). The Konkrete Kids enter the Eastern Pennsylvania - Skyline contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Northampton was nudged by Allentown Central Catholic (Allentown, PA), 60-50, in a league contest.
