Colorado High School Basketball - Moffat overwhelmed by Creede

The Moffat Cowboys basketball team (Moffat, CO), was routed 48-14 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Creede Miners (Creede, CO)

The Miners now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake City for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 2. Creede will battle a team coming off a 53-16 league loss to Centennial (San Luis, CO). The record now stands at 3-5.

The Cowboys (1-11) will now prepare for their battle against Sierra Grande (Blanca, CO). The Panthers come into the 1A Southern Peaks battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Sierra Grande trounced Antonito (Antonito, CO), 60-33, in a league battle.
