Nebraska High School Basketball - Loomis ripped by Elm Creek

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Elm Creek Buffaloes basketball team scored a decisive 49-26 triumph over the Loomis Wolves.

In their next game, the Buffaloes meet the Wilcox-Hildreth Falcons (Wilcox, NE) in a non-league match, on Monday, January 30. Elm Creek will attempt to better on its 9-9 season record. The Falcons enter the match with a 14-4 record after their 51-11 league win over Franklin (Franklin, NE).

With the defeat, Loomis moves to 5-12 on the year. The Wolves travel to Axtell (Axtell, NE) to meet the Wildcats in a D1 District 10 match on Tuesday, February 7. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 7-9. Axtell won 34-23 in their recent non-league match against Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] (Eustis, NE)
