With the victory, Poplar Springs improves its record to 15-8 on the campaign. The Atomics travel to Vernon (Vernon, FL) to confront the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 5-10. Vernon lost 53-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Bozeman (Panama City, FL)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Rocky Bayou Christian Knights (Niceville, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 1. Marianna will attempt to improve on its 7-13 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 13-4 record after their 54-10 non-league win over Tate (Cantonment, FL).
