Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mt. St. Joseph Academy Green Wave (Rutland, VT) and the visiting Mid Vermont Christian (White River Junction, VT), saw Mt. St. Joseph Academy's basketball squad knock off Mid Vermont Christian by a tally of 39-27.

With the victory, Mt. St. Joseph Academy improves its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Green Wave host Arlington Memorial (Arlington, VT) to play the Eagles in a Marble Valley - D challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 6-5.

Next up, the play the Proctor Phantoms (Proctor, VT) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 2. Mid Vermont Christian will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record.
