In Saturday's league match, the visiting Mount Desert Island Trojans basketball team scored a tight 60-57 triumph over the Presque Isle Wildcats.
In their next game, the Trojans meet the Bucksport Golden Bucks (Bucksport, ME) in a B North match, on Wednesday, February 1. Mount Desert Island will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Golden Bucks enter the match with a 2-11 record after their 58-47 league loss to John Bapst Memorial (Bangor, ME).
