The Muncy Indians basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Neumann Regional Academy Golden Knights to 42 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Indians now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Williamsport for a Mid-Penn - D4 contest on Wednesday, February 1. Muncy will battle a Mountaineers team coming off a 59-19 league win over Montgomery (Montgomery, PA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 12-5.

The Golden Knights (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Midd-West (Middleburg, PA). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 1-13 record. In their last contest, Midd-West was defeated by Mifflinburg (Mifflinburg, PA), 47-9, in a league contest.
