In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Thacher Toads soccer squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Cate Rams.
The Toads (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Santa Clara (Oxnard, CA). The Saints come into the Tri-Valley Athletic battle with a 10-1 record. In their last battle, Santa Clara nudged Grace Brethren (Simi Valley, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
The Rams (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Dunn (Los Olivos, CA). The Earwigs come into the Frontier battle with a 0-8 record. In their last battle, Dunn was nudged by La Reina (Thousand Oaks, CA), 5-1, in a league battle.
