Texas High School Soccer - Lamar held off by Westside

The crowd at Saturday's league test between the Westside Wolves (Houston, TX) and the host Lamar Texans (Houston, TX), saw Westside's soccer squad get by Lamar by a margin of 2-1.
The Wolves now sport a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Bellaire for a 6A Region 3 District 18 test on Wednesday, February 1. Westside will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 7-3 league win over Heights (Houston, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-2.
With the loss, Lamar drops to 11-3 on the season. The Texans travel to Westbury (Houston, TX) to meet the Huskies in a 6A Region 3 District 18 test on Tuesday, January 31. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 3-3. Westbury won 6-2 in their recent league test against Chavez (Houston, TX)
