The Sioux Central Rebels basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host Alta-Aurelia Warriors to 36 in the Rebels league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rebels now have a 9-5 record. They play next when they host East Sac County for a Twin Lakes game on Friday, January 31. Sioux Central will confront a Raiders team coming off a 54-43 non-league loss to Northwest Webster (Manson, IA). The Raiders record now stands at 7-8.

With the loss, Alta-Aurelia falls to 4-13 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to West Sioux (Hawarden, IA) to confront the Falcons in a non-league game on Thursday, January 30. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 4-11. West Sioux lost 60-49 in their recent non-league game against West Monona (Onawa, IA)
