The Armstrong Trojans basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Iroquois West Raiders to 37 in the Trojans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Trojans now possess a 16-8 record. They play next when they host Tri-Point for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Armstrong will play a Chargers team coming off a 63-26 league loss to Beecher (Beecher, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 2-18.

With the loss, Iroquois West falls to 8-12 on the campaign. The Raiders host Salt Fork (Sidell, IL) to play the Storm in a Vermilion Valley game on Friday, January 31. The Storm go into the game with a record of 14-7. Salt Fork lost 44-24 in their recent league game against Westville (Westville, IL)
