The Rebels (12-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Falkner (Falkner, MS). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 9-10 record. In their last challenge, Falkner dropped by Byers (Holly Springs, MS), 48-39, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Potts Camp Cardinals (Potts Camp, MS) in a 1A Region 3 challenge, on Thursday, January 30. Blue Mountain will attempt to better on its 4-15 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 2-18 record after their 84-50 league loss to Coffeeville (Coffeeville, MS).
