In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Subiaco Academy Trojans basketball team scored a close 45-38 win over the Booneville Bearcats.
The Trojans (13-4) will now prepare for their contest against Westside (Coal Hill, AR). The Rebels come into the non-league contest with a 6-12 record. In their last contest, Westside edged Acorn (Mena, AR), 61-57, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bearcats battle the Cossatot River Eagles (Cove, AR) in a 3A Region 4 contest, on Friday, January 31. Booneville will attempt to better on its 4-10 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 14-8 record after their 73-45 league win over Cedarville (Cedarville, AR).
