The DeLaSalle Islanders basketball team scored 87 points and limited the visiting Brooklyn Center Centaurs to 43 in the Islanders non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Islanders now have a 14-2 record. They play next when they travel to St. Anthony Village for a AAA Section 4 game on Tuesday, January 28. DeLaSalle will confront a Huskies team coming off a 92-68 non-league loss to Fridley (Fridley, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 5-7.

With the loss, Brooklyn Center falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Centaurs host Kennedy (Bloomington, MN) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 1-11.
