Texas High School Basketball - Tuloso-Midway nips Calallen

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees basketball team scored a close 41-37 win over the Calallen Wildcats.
The Warriors & Cherokees (12-17) will now prepare for their contest against King (Kingsville, TX). The Brahmas come into the 4A Region IV District 31 contest with a 14-9 record. In their last contest, King edged Zapata (Zapata, TX), 78-49, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Robstown Cottonpickers (Robstown, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 31 contest, on Friday, January 31. Calallen will attempt to better on its 20-11 season record. The Cottonpickers come into the contest with a 4-22 record after their 45-38 league loss to Harmony School of Excellence (Laredo, TX).
