In Tuesday's league test, the Neshoba Central Rockets (Philadelphia, MS) basketball squad defeated the visiting Callaway Chargers (Jackson, MS), by a final score of 60-51.
Next, the Rockets clash with the Warren Central Vikings (Vicksburg, MS) in a 6A Region 2 test, on Friday, January 31. Neshoba Central will attempt to upgrade on its 11-12 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 5-14 record after their 70-62 league loss to Columbus (Columbus, MS).
The Chargers (9-16) will now prepare for their test against Forest Hill (Jackson, MS). The Patriots come into the non-league test with a 7-14 record.
