The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Christ Church Episcopal Cavaliers (Greenville, SC) and the host Carolina Academy Trojans (Greenville, SC), observed Christ Church Episcopal's basketball team knock off Carolina Academy by a score of 57-46.
The Cavaliers (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Southside Christian (Simpsonville, SC). The Sabres come into the AAA Region 2 challenge with a 10-7 record. In their last challenge, Southside Christian dropped by St. Joseph's Catholic (Greenville, SC), 52-45, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Trojans encounter the Powdersville Patriots (Greenville, SC) in a AAA Region 2 challenge, on Friday, January 31. Carolina Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-19 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 12-8 record after their 83-55 league win over Palmetto (Williamston, SC).
