In Tuesday's non-league test, the Chaparral Roadrunners (Anthony, KS) basketball squad got by the host Remington Broncos (Whitewater, KS), by a score of 59-52.
Next, the Roadrunners encounter the Medicine Lodge Indians (Medicine Lodge, KS) in a Central Plains test, on Tuesday, February 4. Chaparral will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Indians come into the test with a 7-3 record after their 60-27 non-league win over Sedgwick (Sedgwick, KS).
The Broncos (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Ell-Saline (Brookville, KS). The Cardinals come into the Heart of America test with a 12-0 record. In their last test, Ell-Saline held off Marion (Marion, KS), 72-32, in a league test.
