The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Dalhart Wolves (Dalhart, TX) and the visiting Childress Bobcats (Childress, TX), observed Dalhart's basketball team overcome Childress by a margin of 70-56.

The Wolves (20-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Bushland (Bushland, TX). The Falcons come into the 3A Region I District 1 challenge with a 7-11 record. In their last challenge, Bushland defeated Canadian (Canadian, TX), 41-40, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bobcats battle the River Road Wildcats (Amarillo, TX) in a 3A Region I District 1 challenge, on Friday, January 31. Childress will attempt to better on its 14-14 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 13-9 record after their 42-36 league loss to Tulia (Tulia, TX).
