The Irish (14-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Carson City-Crystal (Carson City, MI). The Eagles come into the Mid-State challenge with a 2-11 record. In their last challenge, Carson City-Crystal was routed by Vestaburg (Vestaburg, MI), 63-52, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Comets battle the Breckenridge Huskies (Breckenridge, MI) in a Mid-State challenge, on Thursday, January 30. Coleman will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 48-45 league loss to St. Charles (St. Charles, MI).
