Virginia High School Basketball - Colonial Beach sneaks past Rappahannock

The Colonial Beach Drifters (Colonial Beach, VA) basketball edged the visiting Rappahannock Raiders (Warsaw, VA), 50-47 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Drifters now possess a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Essex for a Northern Neck bout on Friday, January 31. Colonial Beach will play a Trojans team coming off a 59-49 league win over Northumberland (Heathsville, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 6-3.
With the loss, Rappahannock falls to 1-11 on the campaign. The Raiders host Lancaster (Lancaster, VA) to play the Red Devils in a Northern Neck bout on Friday, January 31. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 8-6. Lancaster won 51-47 in their recent league bout against Westmoreland (Montross, VA)
