Virginia High School Basketball - Hurley routs Council

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Hurley Rebels basketball team scored a big 69-31 triumph over the Council Cobras.
The Rebels (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Twin Valley (Pilgrims Knob, VA). The Panthers go into the Black Diamond contest with a 3-11 record.
In their next game, the Cobras confront the Grundy Golden Wave (Grundy, VA) in a Black Diamond contest, on Friday, January 31. Council will attempt to better on its 1-12 season record. The Golden Wave go into the contest with a 11-5 record after their 69-40 league win over Twin Valley (Pilgrims Knob, VA).
