With the victory, David Emanuel Academy upgrades its record to 4-12 on the year. The Eagles host Covenant Academy (Macon, GA) to face the Rams in a GIAA A Region 4 match on Friday, January 31. The Rams enter the match with a record of 6-10. Covenant Academy won 65-35 in their recent non-league match against Central Georgia Arts (Macon, GA)

The Trojans now sport a 2-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John Hancock Academy for a GIAA A Region 4 match on Thursday, January 30. Twiggs Academy will face a Rebels squad coming off a 80-58 league loss to Thomas Jefferson Academy (Louisville, GA). The Rebels record now stands at 1-16.
