In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Delmar Wildcats basketball team scored a big 63-35 triumph over the Indian River Indians.

The Wildcats (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE). The Ravens go into the non-league contest with a 1-13 record. In their last contest, Sussex Tech was trounced by Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE), 68-41, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Indians confront the Archmere Academy Auks (Claymont, DE) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 29. Indian River will attempt to better on its 1-13 season record. The Auks go into the contest with a 7-2 record after their 48-43 non-league win over Tower Hill (Wilmington, DE).
