Georgia High School Basketball - Eagle's Landing beaten by McDonough

The McDonough Warhawks were victorious over the visiting Eagle's Landing Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 79-65 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Warhawks face the Stockbridge Tigers (Stockbridge, GA) in a AAAA Region 2 outing, on Friday, January 31. McDonough will attempt to upgrade on its 17-4 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 7-14 record after their 76-72 league win over Woodland (Stockbridge, GA).

The Eagles (15-6) will now prepare for their outing against Union Grove (McDonough, GA). The Wolverines enter the AAAA Region 2 outing with a 13-8 record. In their last outing, Union Grove ran past Eagle's Landing Christian Academy (McDonough, GA), 61-58, in a league outing.
