California High School Basketball - Exeter can't get by Kerman

The Exeter Monarchs basketball squad (Exeter, CA), was nudged 74-70 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Kerman Lions (Kerman, CA)

With the victory, Kerman advances its record to 12-10 on the year. The Lions travel to Reedley (Reedley, CA) to meet the Pirates in a Tri-County - Sequoia battle on Thursday, January 30. The Pirates enter the battle with a record of 10-13. Reedley lost 70-55 in their recent league battle against Hanford West (Hanford, CA)

The Monarchs now own a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Valley Christian for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 30. Exeter will meet a Cavaliers squad coming off a 63-46 league win over Selma (Selma, CA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 15-9.
