The Fountain Inn Fury (Fountain Inn, SC) basketball toppled the host Wren Hurricanes (Piedmont, SC), 63-55 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Fury now possess a 11-9 record. They play next when they host Westside for a AAAA Region 1 bout on Friday, January 31. Fountain Inn will play a Rams team coming off a 80-50 league win over Emerald (Greenwood, SC). The Rams record now stands at 16-5.

With the loss, Wren falls to 17-4 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to Laurens (Laurens, SC) to play the Raiders in a AAAA Region 1 bout on Friday, January 31. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 15-6. Laurens won 59-47 in their recent league bout against Southside (Greenville, SC)
