In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Tensas Panthers basketball team scored a close 63-56 triumph over the General Trass Panthers.

The Panthers (3-14) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Salus Christian (Clinton, MS). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Mt. Salus Christian nipped Wilkinson County Christian Academy (Woodville, MS), 1-0, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Panthers confront the Delta Charter Storm (Ferriday, LA) in a 1A District 2 contest, on Friday, January 31. General Trass will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Storm go into the contest with a 2-16 record after their 68-33 league loss to Delhi (Delhi, LA).
