In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet Royals basketball team scored a big 78-35 triumph over the Glencliff Colts.
The Royals (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Hume-Fogg (Nashville, TN). The Blue Knights go into the 3A District 10 contest with a 17-3 record. In their last contest, Hume-Fogg smashed Lawson (Nashville, TN), 47-37, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Colts battle the Maplewood Panthers (Nashville, TN) in a 3A District 10 contest, on Friday, January 31. Glencliff will attempt to better on its 3-15 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 11-9 record after their 70-64 non-league win over Stem Preparatory Academy (Nashville, TN).
