The Crusaders (12-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Mediapolis (Mediapolis, IA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 10-8 record. In their last challenge, Mediapolis was routed by Central Lee (Donnellson, IA), 47-42, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Danville Bears (Danville, IA) in a SEI - South challenge, on Friday, January 31. New London will attempt to improve on its 0-18 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 8-13 record after their 78-50 league loss to Notre Dame (Burlington, IA).
