The Minnetonka Skippers basketball squad (Minnetonka, MN), was nudged 68-61 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Hopkins Royals (Minnetonka, MN)
With the victory, Hopkins advances its record to 16-1 on the year. The Royals travel to Buffalo (Buffalo, MN) to meet the Bison in a non-league battle on Saturday, February 1. The Bison enter the battle with a record of 9-5.
The Skippers now own a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wayzata for a non-league battle on Friday, January 31. Minnetonka will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 71-40 non-league win over St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN). The Trojans record now stands at 15-2.
