Kansas High School Basketball - Jayhawk Linn holds off Pleasanton

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Jayhawk Linn Jayhawks basketball team scored a close 55-53 triumph over the Pleasanton Blu-Jays.
The Jayhawks (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Southeast (Cherokee, KS). The Lancers go into the Three Rivers contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Southeast nipped St. Paul (St. Paul, KS), 59-34, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Blu-Jays confront the Northeast Vikings (Arma, KS) in a Three Rivers contest, on Friday, January 31. Pleasanton will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 3-8 record after their 45-20 league loss to Uniontown (Uniontown, KS).
