The Thomas Jefferson Academy Jaguars basketball team scored 80 points and limited the host John Hancock Academy Rebels to 58 in the Jaguars league triumph on Tuesday.

Thomas Jefferson Academy will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 80-48 league win over Edmund Burke Academy (Waynesboro, GA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 12-6.

With the loss, John Hancock Academy falls to 1-16 on the campaign. The Rebels host Twiggs Academy (Jeffersonville, GA) to confront the Trojans in a GIAA A Region 4 game on Thursday, January 30. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 2-14. Twiggs Academy lost 54-37 in their recent league game against David Emanuel Academy (Stillmore, GA)
