Texas High School Basketball - North Crowley can't hold off Lake Ridge

Lake Ridge Eagles (Mansfield, TX) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting North Crowley Panthers (Fort Worth, TX), 73-66 in a league match.

With the victory, Lake Ridge advances its record to 28-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Crowley (Crowley, TX) to face the Eagles in a 6A Region I District 3 match on Friday, January 31. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 20-10. Crowley won 75-61 in their recent league match against Mansfield (Mansfield, TX)

The Panthers now own a 24-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Weatherford for a 6A Region I District 3 match on Friday, January 31. North Crowley will face a Kangaroos squad coming off a 59-38 league win over Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX). The Kangaroos record now stands at 24-6.
