Texas High School Basketball - South Grand Prairie routs Lamar

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting South Grand Prairie Warriors basketball team scored a big 76-32 win over the Lamar Vikings.

The Warriors (19-11) will now prepare for their contest against Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX). The Gophers come into the 6A Region I District 8 contest with a 14-10 record. In their last contest, Grand Prairie smashed Haltom (Haltom City, TX), 73-54, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Sam Houston Texans (Arlington, TX) in a 6A Region I District 8 contest, on Friday, January 31. Lamar will attempt to better on its 9-20 season record.
