The Lexington Golden Bears basketball team scored 81 points and limited the visiting Shoals Christian Flame to 40 in the Golden Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Golden Bears now have a 10-11 record. They play next when they travel to Tanner for a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. Lexington will confront a Rattlers team coming off a 61-54 non-league loss to Elkmont (Elkmont, AL). The Rattlers record now stands at 12-13.

With the loss, Shoals Christian falls to 0-20 on the campaign.
